Tenancy Manager\n\nSwindon\n\nMonday – Friday – 08.45am – 17.30pm\n\nTemporary to Permanent\n\nYou will be required to act as nominated emergency out of hours point of contact (approx. 1 week in 6)\n\nSalary is dependent on experience\n\nRelevant industry experience required\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Manager to join our client based in their Swindon office.\n\nDuties:\n\n * Responsible for a set number of properties within your given portfolio\n\n * Deal with maintenance issues and co-ordinate property repairs\n\n * Conduct tenant move ins / move outs\n\n * Conduct Routine Property Inspections\n\n * Deal with Notices and Rent Arrears\n\n * Act as point of contact for clients visiting the office\n\n * Ensure the smooth running of the Tenancy\n\nSecondary Duties:\n\n * Arrange the booking of viewings, valuations and move ins / move outs\n\n * Conduct property viewings when required\n\n * Deal with rental enquiries\n\n * Other duties as required in the successful running of the Sales & Lettings Department\n\nEssential Criteria:\n\n * Driving licence and a car\n\n * Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word\n\n * Able to work independently and as part of a team\n\nAdditional Notes:\n\n * Mileage allowance is currently paid at 45p per mile.\n\n * 20 Days Holiday & Bank Holidays + Birthday Increasing to a maximum of 25 Days\n\nBy applying for this role you give permission for Purely Recruitment to submit your personal information contained within your CV or any other relevant information provided in order for the prospective employer to review your application for the specific role applied for.
