Parmar Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a long established and highly regarded Croydon law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Croydon office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in residential property who is looking to join a stable, supportive firm offering genuine long term career development.

Working closely with an experienced Head of Department, you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload including:

Residential sales and purchases

Freehold and leasehold transactions
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
New build transactions
Shared ownership matters
Client communication throughout the transaction process
Managing matters from instruction through to completion
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

What We Are Looking For

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
Minimum 3 years' PQE within residential conveyancing
Proven ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
Excellent communication and client care skills
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
Strong organisational and time management skills

Salary & Benefits

£55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience = Bonus Scheme
