It's temp-to-perm, and \"temp\" isn't second-best here: you trial them, they trial you, and for a capable beater it goes permanent. No gambling your notice on a place you've never seen.

You'll be: structural and cosmetic repairs, full and quarter panel replacement, MIG welding, spot welding and brazing, jig and alignment work, filler to prep stage, light MET to get access.

You'll need: solid bodyshop panel experience and proper MIG welding ability that bit's non-negotiable. Comfortable working to manufacturer and PAS 10125 standards. Tickets (NVQ, ATA, IMI) are a bonus, not a deal-breaker if your work speaks for itself.

Hours: MonFri 96, Sat 91.
